WE NO LONGER DO GUESTS WHO COME FOR WEDDING BECAUSE MOST OF TIMES LEFT MY PLACE DAMAGE & VERY DIRTY, RENTAL COLLECTED CAN'T COVER CLEANING FEE !

We have 2 homestay along the same road that is House No. 50 & House No. 56. This is House No. 50, a newly completed double storey intermediate terrace house, lies in Taman Ehsan, Tasek, 16 mins. car drive from Ipoh Town Centre. It is conveniently located close to highway exit (Jalan Kuala Kangsar) & to most tourist spot & food outlet. If you are coming from the north on the North South Expressway, it is 8 mins. from exit 141 & 14 mins. from exit 138 if you are coming from the south.

This place has 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms with 3 queen bed & 3 single bed.

It can stays up to 9 adults (can sleep another 4 person with floor mattress).

All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioned & ceiling fan.

All bathrooms installed with instant water heater & soap dispenser.

No towels are provided, please bring your own.

Daily rate is RM 380.00 for the whole house.
In order to secure your bookings, please bank in full payment into our bank account before stay.

Additional floor mattress, pillow & blanket can be provided at a cost of RM15 per set.

Check in time is anytime after 3 pm. Check out time is 12 pm.

Early check in & late check out is subject to availability.
